MasterFlow 9000 series
MasterFlow 9000 series formulations specially designed for mounting wind turbines onshore and offshore basing:
MasterFlow 9200 – Super strength (> C100/115 according to EN 206-1) nanotechnology shrinkage compensated grout for grouting VESTAS onshore wind turbines. When mixed, a homogeneous fluid, suitable for pumping with a pump, solution with high characteristics is obtained. Suitable for filling all voids from 25 mm to 600 mm.
MasterFlow 9300 is a heavy-duty, metal-filled, shrink-compensated grout for onshore wind turbine grouting. Mixing results in a homogeneous fluid and pumpable solution with high initial and final strength (>120 MPa). The material contains a special metal filler to increase plasticity. Thanks to the applied nanotechnologies, the solution is obtained with unique characteristics with an increased opening time. Suitable for filling all voids from 30 mm to 200 mm.
MasterFlow 9400 is an ultra-high strength cementitious slurry used in the installation of onshore wind turbines. It is a shrink-compensated cement slurry where a homogeneous flowable and pumpable slurry with high final and initial strength is required. It has an ultra-high compressive strength, higher than the highest class EN206, i.e. > C100/115. Suitable for filling all voids from 25 mm to 500 mm.
MasterFlow 9500 is a high modulus ultra-high strength (≥135 MPa.) cement slurry using nanotechnology for grouting offshore wind turbines. It is a composition with unique technical characteristics and a unique open time. Suitable for pouring in harsh environments down to 0°C. Certified by Det Norske Veritas (DNV). Filling thickness from 25 mm to 600 mm.
MasterFlow 9370 – A high strength cement mortar used for onshore wind turbine foundations using anchor cage construction. When mixed, it is a homogeneous, highly fluid slurry suitable for pumping with high early and final strength (C80/95). Suitable for pouring in harsh conditions at temperatures from 2°C to 40°C.
Application area
- Filling of wind turbines,
- Installations where fatigue strength is required.
- Casting in very harsh conditions, ie. temperatures below 2°C.
- Anchor bolts for wind turbine towers
