PAGEL V3/50, V1/30 HF, V1/60 HF

PAGEL V3/50 is a special purpose poured concrete with high early and final strength. The thickness of the fill is 20-125 mm. The compressive strength is: 1 day – ≥ 50 Mpa, after 28 days – ≥ 95 Mpa. The solution has high frost resistance, high resistance to fatigue loads, as well as high resistance to loads under water. The finished composition can be pumped with a pump even at low temperatures. The material is certified according to the DAfStb directive (VeBMR). PAGEL V3/50 is used for pouring foundations, joints, annular gaps, wind turbines, as well as for the installation of compressors, turbines and equipment subject to high dynamic loads.

PAGEL V1/30 HF, V1/60 HF is an ultra high strength grout. The casting thickness V1/30 HF is 30-300 mm, V1/60 HF is 40-300 mm. Compressive strength V1/30 HF is ≥ 120 Mpa after 28 days, ≥ 135 Mpa after 91 days. Compressive strength V1/60 HF is ≥ 115 Mpa after 28 days, ≥ 120 Mpa after 91 days

PAGEL V1/30 HF, V1/60 HF is used in the installation of compressor units, wind turbines, portal and container devices and monopiles, casings, transformer plants for offshore cementing.
